Summary

Provides a collection of Summoner clients and example agent implementations for building agent-to-agent workflows. Supplies reusable templates and starter code to wire agents into A2A/MCP-style communication patterns and accelerate prototyping. Includes opinionated examples highlighting message flows, delegation patterns, and client-side helpers for integration with existing Python agent stacks. A2A Protocol Pattern Tool Use Pattern

Why It Matters

As agent ecosystems grow, portable client implementations make it easier to test agent interactions and record behaviour across runs. Summoner's examples lower the barrier to exercising agent-to-agent flows, which is a prerequisite for measuring agent track records and running Evaluation-Driven Development (EDDOps). Until teams have consistent client patterns, comparing performance and building reputation signals across agents is slow and error-prone.

Ideal For

Developers prototyping multi-agent workflows who need ready-made clients and examples to test agent-to-agent communication and delegation. For more formal guidance on integration, see the Open Agent Spec (Open Agent Specification).

Applications

  • Spin up example A2A or MCP agent clients to validate interaction patterns
  • Prototype delegation and message-routing strategies between agents
  • Create reproducible agent interaction logs for later evaluation or reputation scoring
