Overview

Provides a governance-first operating system for agentic AI that combines a universal GRC model with an A2A messaging protocol (A2A messaging protocol). Implements policy, risk and compliance controls alongside protocol-level primitives for non-human identities and swarm governance. Includes maturity models (AISM), governance workflows (FORGE-Act), and a dual-license reference implementation for secure inter-agent communication (secure inter-agent communication).

Why It Matters

As agents coordinate and delegate, governance and a common messaging contract become essential to reason about trust and risk. This project surfaces audit-ready controls, maturity models, and an agent-to-agent evaluation protocol so organizations can evaluate agent behavior against compliance and security requirements. Until now most agent frameworks focused on orchestration; embedding GRC and protocol semantics makes agent-to-agent evaluation and reproducible trust signals practical.

Ideal For

Security, compliance, and governance teams designing auditable agent-to-agent communication and trust workflows for production or research.

How It's Used

  • Define and enforce compliance and risk policies for autonomous agents in a distributed system
  • Establish protocol-level audit trails and identity controls for agent-to-agent communications
  • Evaluate agent behavior against a sovereignty maturity model (AISM) and generate governance reports
